Autopsy, DNA, and Placenta: Why is Mohbad Still Not Buried?

Popular Nigerian singer Mohbad, whose real name was Ilerioluwa Olademeji Aloba, has remained in the morgue months after his sudden death, sparking curiosity and concern among fans and fellow celebrities. The cause of his demise is shrouded in mystery, leading to calls for his immediate burial.

Social media buzzed with speculations of foul play after Mohbad's death last year. The Nigeria Police Force promptly exhumed his body for an autopsy, further fueling the intrigue.

However, Mohbad's father, Joseph Aloba, has shed light on the delay in his son's burial. He explained that the family is awaiting the results of both the autopsy and a DNA test for a son allegedly fathered by the late singer.

"We need the DNA and autopsy results. It is very important," Aloba emphasized. "Those are the things that are delaying. After those ones, we can make a move."

Aloba further raised concerns about the handling of Mohbad's placenta after his son Liam's birth. He expressed surprise that the placenta was not entrusted to the family and hinted at potential ulterior motives.

"I haven't said anything since then," Aloba confessed. "It was now that I realised that there must be something behind this."

Determined to get answers, Aloba vowed, "No matter how long it takes, I will stand until we get the results. If we are not satisfied with the results, I'm sure the whole world they are looking at us now. They will support me in taking care of the body and to find the real results. So we are going to do the private test for him (Liam)."

Mohbad's case has become a poignant reminder of the fragility of life and the enduring power of love and family in the face of loss. As the wait for answers continues, fans and loved ones hope that closure and a proper burial will finally allow Mohbad's memory to rest in peace.
